The name “Olympiaregion Seefeld” has become one of great significance in the heart of the Tyrol since the merger of the five resorts of Leutasch, Moesern/Buchen, Reith, Scharnitz and Seefeld into one joint region.
A name that resonates: Mösern, perched high on the Seefeld plateau and with a wonderful view out over the Inn valley. Walkers, hikers and cross-country skiers find it an ideal centre for their activities and there are three lakes nearby, which are perfect for an idyllic and refreshing swim in the midst of untouched natural beauty.
The harmony of this wide-ranging palette of activities is highlighted by a unique memorial: the imposing “Peace Bell” of the Alpine region, which has a diameter of 2.5 metres, rings daily, and symbolises the friendship of the neighbouring mountain countries.
